That Boi Jonesy "Hidden Gem In the City"

Let's talk about this young man that has so much talent. This young cat that came out of nowhere and really started applying presure to these other artists left and right. I got turned on to Jonesy back in 2013. He was a part of a well known camp at the time by the name of "CCA". These guys were all talanted but they would always speak so highly about this young guy by the name of Jonesy. One nght we were all out west and they kept saying "don't leave Boss lady, don't leave this next one is going to be hard" ! So I waited for Jonesy and this white boy to go on stage. I was thinking to myself this was about to be some new age bs!

These guys started to perform and I was truly amazed, they had the whole bar rockin that night. The songs were titled "Worry About You" and "One Side". Jonesy also had a song called "What You Do". You could feel all the passion pouring out this kid . He was so laid back and quite but when he hit that stage he was such a motherfucking beast ! So full of energy, he had what we like to call the" it factor"!

Wait, Let me tell you something he was so damn hollywood when I was first introduced to him. He was like yea, yea whatever! I said to myself this little young boy got something but he ain't going to be nothing if he don't get that attitude under control.

Fast forward, everyone still was rocking with him, you could see the dedication over the years to being a part of the music movement in Columbus and outside of the city. One thing about him , he was always open to learn, build, network, try new things and go to new places to build with other artists and Dj's.

As he started to grow and participate in more shows he started to build an online fan base as well. He will surprise you because when you are around him he is so laid back . Plus, Jonesy is filled with that out of town sauce originating from Durham ,North Carolina.

2017 his hard work started to pay off for an Indy artist world. Getting noticed by radio personalities from our local stations to out of town promoters, online radio stations, bloggers and independent magazines. He continues to release great music and projects that show his growth as an artist and as well as business wise.

Recently he has held strong with singles such as "UP" and "Through the Wall". He is still young but he expresses his emotions through his art. He has a undying passion to be successful. Wanting to show his son's that he is going to make his dream come true. He has even crossed over into acting , starring in a web series called "Breathe The Hustle" which is parallel to his life because that is what he is doing... living music!
